Would you like to learn the secrets of the traditional dishes of the Parma cuisine? Try our hands-on cooking classes and prepare your own traditional Parma lunch with a local cook. Have a great time surrounded by doughs, pans and good food!

During this day, spent in a large kitchen of a beautiful villa in the countryside of Parma, you will learn to cook our tipycal dishes choosing between the “tortelli d'erbetta”, a square-shaped egg pasta stuffed with a tasty filling made with ricotta and spinach and served with butter and parmesan or the “torta fritta”, a thin fried bread that will accompany the wonderful local cold cuts. As a main course you will prepare the 'Duchessa di parma, a meat envelope made with Parma ham. Your final and 'sweet' effort will be the 'sbrisolona', a tipycal cake made with corn flour, butter, sugar and almonds.

You will be hands on, learning how to prepare the dough and the filling with the help of a local cook: the “rezdora”. You will then have the pleasure of sitting down at the table to enjoy what you have prepared eating together and drinking a glass of good wine.
