Witnessing the production process of the Parmigiano Reggiano and of the Parma ham is a once in a lifetime experience. Besides those two jewels, in Parma you can enjoy other typical salamis such as the Culatello di Zibello, the strolghino, the “spalla cotta” (hot shoulder) of San Secondo or the Felino salami, not forgetting the precious balsamic vinegar coming directly from the nearby Reggio Emilia and Modena.
