A sweet start in the heart of Parma
Meet your guide at the scheduled time in front of Caffetteria Toschi, in Viale Paolo Toschi 2, Parma, to begin your discovery of the city’s most characteristic corners.
Your first stop will be a historic pastry shop in the city center, where you will enjoy a traditional Parmigian dessert, the Duchessa di Parma, accompanied by a cappuccino.

The great flavors of the territory
Continue walking through some of Parma’s most iconic landmarks, including the Parma Cathedral, and other picturesque spots, all narrated through the lens of local gastronomic history. You will then stop at a traditional food shop to taste Prosciutto di Parma and Parmigiano Reggiano, undisputed symbols of Parmese excellence.

The Sunday dish, to take away
In the final part of the tour, you will explore a more authentic, lived-in area of the city, closely connected to the daily life of Parmese locals.
The experience concludes with a portion of anolini to take away, a true emblem of Parma’s traditional cuisine

If you are planning to drive to Parma from another city, you can leave your car at Parcheggio Toschi, located under the meeting point.
If you are coming from Milan, we suggest you take the Regional Train which leaves from Milano Centrale at 07:20 am and arrives in Parma at 08:58 am. Otherwise, if you are coming from Bologna, we suggest you take the Trenitalia train scheduled to depart from Bologna at 07:33 am and arrive in Parma at 08:31 am. Once you arrive at Parma train station, please take the main exit onto Viale Paolo Borsellino. From there, it’s about a 10–12 minute walk to reach the meeting point.
